Our kids on the extra beds had very hard mattresses also covered fully by plastic which made them very uncomfortable | Upon our return late afternoon we found our room had not been cleaned which was annoying as we were wanting to change to go out for dinner |
However, all our subsequent interactions with the reception desk never resulted in a resolution to any issues we had.

Upon leaving again in the evening we advised reception it hadn't been cleaned, advised that we were going out for the evening and requested it was cleaned before we returned.
