" It is Allah that takes the souls of men at death; and those that die not He takes during their sleep: those on whom He has passed the decree of death, He keeps back from returning to life , but the rest He sends to their bodies for a term appointed verily in this are Signs for those who reflect	Say: "Are those equal, those who know and those who do not know? Allah has revealed from time to time the most beautiful Message in the form of a Book, consistent with itself, yet repeating its teaching in various aspects : the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble thereat; then their skins and their hearts do soften to the celebration of Allah's praises
