We will push more for staff training and professional standard in order to keep each and every visit to our hotel a memorable stay that will never be forgotten the looby agent ring my doorbell without me asking for the services and after one ring he opened the room with his master key again very disappointing we sent 2 pics for pressing one dress came back with spots was brand new The hotel is nice but the service team needs intensive training in general

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, the check-in took around 45 mint to 1 hour to finalize the check-in process lake of training no one respected the DND automated signed.
