You have statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing in this agreement is intended to affect those rights

Microsoft may not provide support services for Previews.

By accepting this agreement and using the Software you agree that Microsoft may collect, use, and disclose the information as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement at , and as may be described in the user interface associated with the Software features

Your use of Other Services or of Software features that rely on Other Services may be governed by separate terms and subject to separate privacy policies
