Our room was spacious and had a very nice view both of the city and the sea We were offered to have our clothes ironed and we had to pay for it, even though we would expect to have it as a complimentary service as the provided facilities did not work and we were misinformed regarding dry cleaning service as well
The hotel is brand new, location is amazing, front desk staff is friendly We have asked for iron as well and the one given did not work and ironing board was broken

Food was really good but when it gets busy in the morning you have to wait for your coffee for good 15 minutes as you can only order it from the waiters.

Not so many guests usually need these kind of things when they stay in the hotel but the problems we faced using this services were quite an issue in our situation

We spent a night before our wedding in the hotel and needed to have express dry cleaning, we were told that it would be ready next day at 2pm but when we came to give the clothes we were told that it won't be ready until 4 which is too late as we had to leave the hotel around 3 already
